How to disable additional information/ weight

Hello all,

On my store at the productpage is a box called "additional information" (extra informatie) where magento puts in the weight of the product, i want to get rid of this beacuse it isnt important for my customers.

Have no clue were to look for it, so hope someone here can tell me the solution and help me out!

You can manage attibutes from Catalog >> Attributes menu. However, disable of attribute not allow but you can remove unwated attributes from your current attribute set Or you can delete those attributes as well if no more useful.

Cant do it there, it keeps saying "system" atrribute cant be changed is in used by system ?
