Magento 2.4.6-p3 [InvalidArgumentException] error when installing Klarna after update

A very good day,
We updated our shop from Magento 2.4.3 to Magento 2.4.6-p3.
Klarna has been removed from Magento and needs to be installed seperatly.
However we run into this error:

[InvalidArgumentException]
Could not find a matching version of package klarna/m2-klarna. Check the package spelling, your version constraint and that the package is
available in a stability which matches your minimum-stability (stable).

How could we solve this issue?
Klarna support says it is a Magento issue.

 

Any tips or help are very welcome.

Did you "buy" the extension you are trying to install via composer for $0 through marketplace with the correct account? ( https://commercemarketplace.adobe.com/klarna-m2-klarna.html )

 

other possible cause is your minimum stability you require with composer seems to be "stable". Check what's the stability on that klarna/m2-klarna. It might be dev or beta or something.

 

Also - how to properly upgarde Adobe Commerce / Magento 2.

Yes, we did it exactly as described in the Klarna docs.
We did it twice this way.

 

We are out of options and Klarna support also doesn't have a solution.

The solution for us was making sure we had a company account.

Purchased Klarna extension again.
Then we performed the install exactly as described.
The result is that Klarna installed just fine.
