i install Magento FAQ Management but it doesn't work as i wish, after install, it announce the "404 not found" . i have not found the solution for this problem. Therefore, I decide to install Magento Knowledge Base Extension from MageHit and it works quite well. I ask them for fixing the last Magento Extension but they haven't replied yet. the old supporter is also absent. What should i do?
