Magento Security Patch SUPEE 5344 and 1533 without SSH

No its only for 1.8.x and 1.9.x versions

I have run and installed both SUPEE patchs and the "appears" to have installed correctly as the script did not provide any errors.

Is there a way to test the site and confirm the software has been installed and is operation correctly? I saw a website that advertized they would check to see if you were vunerable ( shoplift.something-or-other.nl) .  Since I do not know this site I do not trust them. 

Does Magento tell us how to confirm the patch is in place and the software is working properly???

My current state is that I have applied the patch but don't know if its working.

Any help would be greatly apreciated.

Hi, I've just installed my patch and now all I get in the backend and frontend is 

"

Service Temporarily Unavailable

The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later."

Does this mean I have to rebuilt my entire site AGAIN or can this be fixed ?

@lilypondcrafts do you have a URL we can check? It seems to me that you may either have a 503 error somewhere or maintenance flag active. Check if you have the maintenance.flag file in the Magento root directory.
