How to search product with product tags ?

We need to search the product with product tags.

If any person searches product tags then the product  be suggesting into the search autocomplete

May be your Mage_Tag  module is disabled. By default it is disabled. 

After configuring and adding tag, reindex the data and try.

I believe you want to list/add the "tags" in your Magento search autocomplete list. Tags are not related/connected with search in anyways. If you want to list/add tags in search autocomplete then you need to add them to "Search Terms" either manually or using custom script / sql.

However, adding them is not enough as you may or may not have those keywords in your product data. Which means search result will not return the result you are looking for. You need to make sure those tags are unique and appears in product data.
