We have a minimum order quantity for free shipping of R7000. This was set up in the configuration on the backend as a 'shipping method'. If the method doesn't apply, it doesn't display. For some reason, however, we have had two customers receive free shipping in the past month without meeting the minimum order spend. Any idea why this could be happening?
