Multiples tax based on Source and Destination

Hi, I'm having trouble finding a solution for source and destination based tax calculations.

My store has multiple sources, and depending on where the product goes and where it goes, there is a different tax, such as:

Product 01:
Source: 1
Destination: SC-Brazil
Tax: 2%

Product 01:
Source: 1
Destination: SP-Brazil
Tax: 6%

Product 01:
Source: 2
Destination: SC-Brazil
Tax: 5%

The only way to get different tax rates per source is to create a website for each source, this way you can assign a tax rule to each product per website.
