I can't see the screenshot so not sure what exactly you are showing but to give you idea
1. If you are getting it from the contact form, you should try setting up Recaptcha in your Magento store/
2. If you are getting a direct email from someone, you can block or select as spam.
3. Just make sure your Magento store is on the latest version, which makes sure you are protected.
