How to make multi languange pages in magento 1.9.0.0

I am able to create the multi language store(products/categories) and also static blocks. But when I am trying to make CMS<PAGES multi language they do not reflect on the frontend (only default language shows up not translated).

Create same page for every language view of your store, so when a visitor will be visiting your specific language website, that language page will be shown.

You can change your store view from System -> Configuration -> Current Configuration Scope
