Having a really hard time with this.
We are building a new cart and some how a customer already found it and purchased even though we are months away from launching. =p
Well we seen the transaction in our Authorize.net and we voided it through there. I then went into Magento so I could set the order to Canceled but it won't set it because it can no longer find the transaction within authorize.net
Why in gods name. Anyways. How can I set this stupid order to cancelled.
and how can I stop magento from trying to sync up with Authorize.net for all of these tasks. I only want magento to do the original "authorize the card" and from there no out just leave it alone. We manage all of our transactions directly within authorize.net and I don't want magento having anything to do with it after the initial authorization.
Help?
