If someone orders from outside the European Union, we do not charge them VAT (which is 20%).
We enter prices inclusive of VAT in the admin.
We have tax rules set (correctly as far as I can work out) which do not show or charge the VAT to customers if they login and set their location to a country outside the European Union (EU).
The screenshot shows such an instance, a customer who is logged in with a shipping address outside the EU.
The headline price of £35.40 is the correct price. This is already without the VAT.
But the prices displayed on each size option have the VAT removed AGAIN. i.e. They have had the VAT removed TWICE.
If you add one to the cart, they are added at the correct price (£35.40 not £29.50). Its just the misleading display prices in the drop down menu which are the problem.
Can anyone help or point me in the right direction to solve this?
I'm not sure whether its the theme, the Simple Configurable Products Extension, or maybe the site was set up incorrectly in the first place.
I have double checked all tax settings which to the best of my knowledge all seem correct.
