Site blew up

SOLVED

Site blew up

I had my test site and was trying to add a responsive template to it.

Both the front end and backend gives me the following message:

Service Temporarily Unavailable

The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.

I tried to install the

Swifty - Responsive Theme For Magento and received a message the PHP had to be between 5.2 and 5.4 my ISP has PHP version 5.5.2.6 so the install did not suceeed.

Also tried Buzz Intro Theme and  the installer said it was an Alpha version so could not install it. How can I get hte site back  to the default Magento template?

Thanks

To update, the last 2  mods I instaled and still had site working was Pinterest social mod and one of the CMS link pages mod. After those 2 site was working ok

Something happened when tried to install the template/theme
