Change Vendor name of my marketplace account

This is really very urgent and I want to change the my Vendor name of my marker place account.

Magento ID: MAG004505469

Vendor Name is : icreativetechnologies  

What to change to

Vendor Name should be : Ict

Can you please help ASAP

Yes I did contact them 10 days ago and multiple time, but response is yet not received on that, so I thought of using the Magento Forums in case I can get any support.

This is really urgent and I need help here.

I just want to get my Vendor name changed so I can proceed ahead with uploading my extension.

I'm facing same issue but we got the solution. This solution might take 5-6 working days, but it worked for me.

What to change to
Vendor Name should be :
