Extension stuck on "awaiting manual QA"

Hi,
My extension is currently stuck in the "Awaiting manual QA" state. This extension has been successfully published on previous occasions, but during this most recent submission, it remains in this status.

I also attempted to submit a ticket, but the button appears to be malfunctioning, as clicking it redirects me back to the homepage.

Could you please assist me with this issue?

Have you check the test reports?

You may already have issues in the automatic tests made before the manual QA validation. To my experience, it seems that if it's the case, you will not be notified and the extension will be stuck in this state.
