How should I submit my extension for magento 2, step by step method.

I am trying to submit my Magento 2 extension but all in vain, can anyone please provide me step by step method to submit my extension.

And i look on one of question in this forum   https://community.magento.com/t5/Building-Extensions/How-to-publish-it-on-magento-2-extension/m-p/29... 

and they reply that magento marketplace is not out yet does it mean that I cannot submit my extension, 

If YES  then what's possible date that we can submit our extension.

If  NO please help me how can we submit our extension.

They are asking for submission via email marketplace@magento.com, have a look at top here . You will need to upload your extension on FTP or box and then will need to send them an email requesting to start the validation.

It seems that file upload in extension submission doesn't work in Chrome.

At least it was a case on my Win-10 PC.

I was able to upload the files through Firefox though.

• Setup Marketplace Account: If you already have an existing Magento Connect account, then don’t sweat. You can easily Login Marketplace without any registration in that case. For company accounts, only one person is entitled to maintain the profile on Marketplace. 
• Add Your Product.
• Extension review process.
