Magento 2.x extension on Magento Connect

Hi,

we've built a Magento 2 extension and we would love to place it on Marketplace and Connect. 

Currently I cannot see any option how to upload 2.x extension on Magento Connect. Is it possible or is Connect for 1.x extensions only?

You should visit https://marketplace.magento.com/  and create an account there.

Under My Account section visit Developer Portal tab.

Hi there,

Yes, you can put your extension in magento connects. You have to follow all the rules to put extensions in Magento Connect otherwise it will reject.

Magento 1 extension and Magento 2 extension are put on two place. You can upload on Marketplace.

It is my opinion, I prefer interface of description for Magento 1 extension than interface of description for Magento 2 extension
