In our magento customer account, we had four approved extensions. Recently one of our extension has been disapproved for violation reason and account has been blocked. We were ready to fix this issue but now magento team have rejected all our extensions and blocked our account also. Can anyone answer to our questions about this.
1. What is the actual reason for rejecting all my extensions and blocking my account
2. What should we do to reactivate our account?
If any has overcome the issue, kindly share the steps to follow to get the account and extensions enabled. It's community account.
Have you received any email from the Magento team specifying specific reason for that?
Were that extension was you actual genuine work?
There may be many reasons for this, it is difficult to predict by guessing only.
Yes we received email from the team. But it's been mentioned that due to "Intellectual Property infringement reporting" and stated that its been copied from third party xxxx extension.
It's not that true, and moreover it's not necessary for a person to purchase commercial extension and make a copy of it.
We were geniue in following the terms and conditions while creating the extensions. Is there any other way to contact the team in order to reactivate the account?
