Payment form of custom payment module not loading in backend - custom manual order

Hey guys. My first time posting here.

I have a problem with custom payment module. Problem is when I try creating new manual order from backend I can see the payment method name - but I can't see any form (the default <dd> element is empty.

I am using 

$_canUseInternal = true

This haven't solved my issue
