QA Review: QA installation steps.

My extension just got rejected from QA review, apparantly the reviewer couldn't install the extension properly. 

For me to re-create this, i need to know how the QA reviewer installed my extension. So my question is what installation method does the QA reviewer use to install the extensions they're reviewing?
