can I somehow add a new column to a Customer KPI Table in advanced reporting (for example, customer name or email)? Or at least can I show a "Customer ID" column witout hashing it, just a raw value?
Unfortunately the AR reports are not customizable like this. For more control over report makeup you could consider MBI.
