A PhoneGap application

I am new to magento and I am trying to make a app using phonegap+magento

I am at the starting stage, and have following difficulties

1. phonegap is HTML, JS, CSS (how can I accomplish the REST service using simple JS, jquery, AJ)
2. How to store the consumer_key and  consumer_secret in phonegap.

I want to know is it achivable
