Afetr Upgrade MG 1.9.2 : Enable Blocks HTML output Cache then Design messup on front end

Hello ,

Afetr Upgrade MG 1.9.2 and we have  enabled "Blocks HTML output"  Cache then Design messup on front end.

If we disabled "Blocks HTML output" cache then it's working perfectly

We have tried all below link solutions but still it is not working.

Please Provide any solution It's Urgent
