Can I pull a report for custom options that I have added to a product?

Can I pull a report for custom options that I have added to a product? Just need numbers for a custom dropbox I have created for one product...tried to do in staging but no luck finding out if i can pull numbers

I want to put up one same shirt for purchase but a certain amount of purchase price is going to be going to 4 different organizations...i want to make a custom dropbox so after they click color and size they can then click on what organization they want the proceeds to go to...I know how to pull a report for number of shirts sold by sku but would like to know numbers for the shirt for each group without having to have 20 different skus with each organization in the sku...
