Can Magento do this, project page and add to cart option?

Can Magento by default do this?

 

This is a static page showing a project (photo, text, download pdf instructions) and below these photos there are the products used in this project and you can add them to the cart from this page.

For this you can use the concept of the Magneto Group Products and customize the layout according to your requriement.
