I want to apply a cart rule based on the final grand total value i.e it should be applied based on the grand total value that is calculated after all other discounts (with higher priority) have got applied/processed.
Is this possible considering the way Magento calculates totals?
OR
Is there any alternate approach from which we can achieve this requirement?
