At the moment our site collects the data of a customer who when on the 'credit card' payment screen cancels rather than pays.
The order appears in the 'sales order admin' as a cancellation. And because we have their details, we can phone them and ask what the issue was. And 8 times out of 10 actually convert the sale.
So that is good.
But when it comes to someone wanting to use PayPal we don't get that information.
Is there anyway of creating an order when paying by Paypal that appears in sales order admin as 'cancelled' if they don't complete the PayPal purchase?
