DYNAMIC COUPON

Hi all,

I have a fairly simple question, but i can't seem to find the answer.

I have Mailchimp for Magento 2 installed and i do my email marketing through that.

I want to do a welcome email to all my subscribers with a Dynamic coupon code.

My question is, how do i apply a unique dynamic coupon code for each subscriber? Is there a method to do this i am missing?

Hello @mario_khattar

You can create the dynamic coupon code for each subscriber at the time of subscription and can send this unique code with mail for each subscriber.

I.e. When user subscribe you have to programmatically create a dynamic coupon with some combo customerfirsname+createddate and assign this unique code to welcome mail.

So, are you saying it has to be done manually? or can we automate this. My magento 2 store is connected to mailchimp which automates my emails. You can select coupon code there, but is there a way i can tell magento 2 to automatically make that coupon code upon subscription?

No, you have to make customization for it.

I have good news. We're building an app that solves exactly your problem. The app is named Personal Discount, and it automatically generates unique coupon codes for every new subscriber. Then you can include these codes in a welcome email sent from Mailchimp.
