Hi I've been using Magento for customer credit card refunds. For some reason when I go to refund it comes up with a red exclamation mark error. We have found that the customer refund does goes through via our eway system but we do not see the refund for Magento. It will not allow us to process the refund. Therefore we do it offline to avoid customer being refunded twice. What causes the exclamation mark to appear and why will it not allow the refund but release funds back to the customer anyway? How do we fix it?
