Greetings.. I have a few questions..

Before I implement Magento, I have some questions:

1. Can it take Credit Card payments for an instant sale - will a plug-in be needed?
2. I will be selling graphics that I will be creating per template selected by the buyer
3. Will the ability to upload a file on purchase be available or configurable?
4. When a purchase is completed will an invoice be emailed as well as the file uploaded be emailed to the email address provided by the buyer?

I am sure I will have more, but this is just to start..

Welcome to the Community forums.

Most of the features you want to use will work out-of-the-box.

I guess you can start checking the user guide: https://docs.magento.com/m2/ce/user_guide/getting-started.html

I understand all those features are included so you shouldn't get problems with that.

2. I will be selling graphics that I will be creating per template selected by the buyer: Manish: You can create according to you and user can select that
3. Will the ability to upload a file on purchase be available or configurable? Manish: No, there is no native functionality
4. When a purchase is completed will an invoice be emailed as well as the file uploaded be emailed to the email address provided by the buyer? Manish: Invoice will be emailed to buyer and admin

I am sure I will have more, but this is just to start..
