HELP special price not working! Urgent issue !

Hi team,

Please help me, i've exhausted so much time testing and trying to resolve this.

My developer is away, and i am having an urgent issue on my ecommerce website.

I am updating my special price through magento 2 but it is not reflecting on website at all!

Here are the details. I Would appreciate any help!

• So previously i had special price to $199 and this was working well, i now want the special price to be $155.00 but it wont show on the website. (THIS ISSUE PERSISTS FOR ALL PRODUCTS) http://nimb.ws/x34ekl

Here are the settings.

• As you can see the price has been updated on the catalog it is showing the new special price here http://nimb.ws/DaS3s1
• Settings changed per individual size http://nimb.ws/Lp36rt with advanced pricing http://nimb.ws/PFSBZ8
• Search the product by SKU or by name. Then select all the products – parent and child, and select ‘Update Attributes’

I would like to give you the suggestion based on my exploration via net.Can you try for the reindex of your product details in your terminal window for magento 2.you can refer this following link It might be useful for you.

Hi, it is not a re-indexing issue. I have tried to reindex many times.

Also i must add my magento is running three different website stores

*UPDATE*

I have further explored my exported CSV product file and found that the products that are infected and not updating have ONE THING in common...

They have a duplicate of the shoe and all its sizes with a "store_view_code"

I wonder what this means?
