How to change the Admin/Backend into different language - per user

Hi

I like to have a second language in the admin/backend - for each user a separate. Is this possible? If so, how I can do it?

Those 2 languages needs to be:

- Englisch and Finnish (Suomi)

For the front end - so far as I understand, it is just a way how I set up the store views, and then change all urls/titles to each of languages?

Hi @SamuiInfotech,

In admin you may just scroll all the way to the bottom of your site(admin) and in the lower left corner you'll find a drop-down with language selector. 

Simply change that to English or Finnish.

If Finnish is not installed in your shop, please do that from e.g. Magento connect manager with a finnish language pack:

Or similar.
