Import customer details including login passwords and order history into Magento via csv?

Is it possible to import the following details into Magento 1.9 via csv?

 

Customer details:

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Address
  • Post Code
  • email address
  • Password
  • Customer Order history

Can this be done with an extension? The few third party providers i have seen online can not guarantee data security. Can anyone advice on how to go on with this?
