Issues with Shopping Cart Rules discounting products
Hey Forum Users,
We have an issue with our Shopping Cart Rules and cant seem to find the solution. We offer Free Shipping for orders over $99 on our three websites. The rule has been set up since August 2016, however in the past month it is suddenly misbehaving. If a customer puts two products of the same category into the cart and uses this code, it discounts the second product by 50%, as well as removing shipping costs. We can't see where its getting this information from or why it's suddenly happening. Any suggestions?
