Magento to sell services with subsciption

I'd like to know if magento ca  sell services with subscriptions that customer can can edit/renew it?

Example: 

 - Customer can buy a VM service with some specs (10 GB RAM) for 2 months, and he can control this later by upgrading/downgrading the RAM size 

- customer want to buy office 365 subscriprion, can magento  edit/renew it?  

Can magento do those issues?

This can be accomplished by using a third party extension such as Aheadworks Subscriptions
in conjunction with a payment services provider such as Payment Services for Adobe Commerce and Magento Open Source.
