Merchandise Customization possible in magento?

I would like to give the user,option to design their own tshirt, Sweatshirts, hoodie etc. Is it possible in Magento? If so kindly let me know how it can be done.

I think you can create multiple stores and set design for each separate store. So you can allow your customers select store view which they want.
