My project is to set up an ecommerce site that allows artists in our group to log in, create their own ‘store’, upload their artwork and select various items for it to be printed on, and then have those items for sale in their store. We would handle production and order fulfillment, customer service, and payment to the artist for their items sold.
I would envision a different URL for each artist’s store- eg
www.website.com\artist1
www.website.com\artist2
etc.
So they could market their items via their social media or whatever, and simply provide a link to their store for their customers to come to.
Is this a concept that can be done with Magento?
As is?
With a bit of custom programming?
With substantial customization?
Not really at all?
