Remove payment and shipping - only inquiry

My website is only catalog without price. On Prestashop I had  checkout where clients add to basket and sent request.  I want do the same in magento. I have to remove payment and shipping. Could you help me?

I think that removing payment and shipping would be simple enough to remove from your template. Just remove the links to your checkout. If you will hide next stop client won't send email. If you want steps you can it in OnepageController.php

But first you have to make other changes.

I wan't pay 399$ for remove payment and shipping.

It seesm yous have simple requirnment, just wanted to remove shipping and payment method.. Hire a magento developer Or do it by own. Folllow below tutorial.
