Is it possible to set up product dimension on magento to calculate shipping cost, since the dimension weight of most of my products is heavier than the actual weight.?
Question 2
Some of my product are shipped by UPS Ground, while others are shipped by UPS Freight. How to set up shipping rule to distinguish these two type of shipping method?
Question 3
Most of my customer order more than 1 item. However, some orders can be shipped in one box, while others need to be shipped in two or more boxes. I tried to use "packages request type" to solve this problem, but failed. How to set up?
