Hi there,
We are facing problem in displaying the product title/description with the special character. When there is a registered mark symbol in the product title, it is displaying it as a unknown character (�). We see that this is not happening with the trade mark symbol (™), it is working fine.
We have tried the following steps to fix this issue but ended with no luck:
1) Checked Meta tag to confirm that the page loads using UTF8.
2) htmlspecialchars,htmlentities,htmlspecialchars_decode,html_entity_decode,mb_check_encoding,mb_convert_encoding PHP functions
3) String replacement with default question mark icon
4) Changed font in style sheet
Any suggestion/solution to this issue will be greatly appreciated.
