I am looking to see if magento table rate will allow multiple Region or State in the table.
Example of What I would like is
Country | Region/State | Zip/Postal
US | MI,OH,CA | *
When I attempt to do this it does not like multiple states in that row.
If this is not possible is there a way to do Zones (similar to UPS sones).
End goal is to have Weight / Destination by 5 lb increments. REally don't want to make 10k lines of CSV files to do this.
