WYSIWYG in German and need it it English

Hello, I'm finding that the WYSIWYG icon info is all in German and not is English, making it rather difficult to tell which icon does what.  Does anybody know where I go to switch it to English?

Can you try changing you locale (only in the backend for your account, not the store)?

Which version of Magento are you using?
