how to show length and height input box on click of botton in magento 2

i want to show length and width on click of button in configurable products 

custom button will be shown with other options as shown in image ..

when i click on custom button length width input field should appear and then customer enters length and width AND customers sees price and price is calculated as

base price X LENGTH X WIDTH= TOTAL PRICE
