Magento admin remote question

I have a stupid question.

My company is thinking about going with Megento for their ecommerce solution. If i was going to run and manage the ecommerce site, can I do that fully remotely and not be at the brick and mortar company headquarters. I live in a different  state and don't really want to have to move. Can I just do it from my home.

okay - i understand !

I assume you are talking about remotely access magento 2 website.

Yes - you can easily access your magento 2 website remotely. 

To manage full magento website you required below details :

- Magento 2 website admin panel credentials

- To access the files you required your server access - SSH access.

- To run the command you required SSH access 

- To access the database you required database credentials as well.

If you have all above mention details - then you will be easily able to manage website from remotley
