Any idea which extension I can replace EtailSolutions for?

 Etail also do not give support for Magento 2

Happy to help try and point you in the right direction but need a bit more information in order to do so.

We don't support Magento 2 at the moment (although it's in development) so we're almost certainly not a fit at the moment. 

Which marketplaces are you selling on?

Are you looking for a solution from which to manage all sales channels including Magento or are you looking to run marketplaces channels from Magento?
