Attach Downloadble Files

Hi

I'm looking for an extension that would let me add downloadble files (like price lists and user manuals to my product pages). 

Also, I'd like to display the number of downloads next to each file. 

What do you recommend?

You can also have a look at this Downloads & Attachments Anywhere module for Magento that allows organizing documents into categories and publish them literally anywhere on your site including product pages, CMS pages or static blocks. You can upload documents for certain customers or limit downloads on time.
