Auto generate of import grouped products

Is there a way to generate automatically Grouped product based on attributes from simple products.

Or whats the best way to import grouped products from excel.

I wondered first you ask way to generate grouped product automatically then Excel import ? well both ways are possible, can please elaborate hows you want.

The reason that i ask for both options is that i'm looking for the best option for the best price.

Automatically generation is the best option i think because we have already imported simply products, but when the import form excel is easier and/or much cheaper then that's a better option for us.
