Hi, I am trying to charge a fee if a buyer is checking out with euros or pounds. I want this to not be based on the location of the user. Right now people are paying with Paypal express. It seems like my website never even gets to see what currency people are paying in, it just goes directly to Paypal.
Is there some sort of work around, plugin, anything that can help me do this?
