I own an online flower shop. I get three to four orders on daily basis, but most of the responses I get on my social media are the questions about flowers and my services and now I am thinking to outsource chat support for my website to address the queries of my customers.

Hope you are doing well. As you get the queries about the flowers from the Social Media then I would suggest you a system which can convert the post and comment made by the users on your Official Company Pages on the Social Media into Tickets and when you will reply to those tickets then those will get posted on your Official Company Pages on the Social Media as a reply automatically. List this none of the post, comments about the flowers will not be missed. You can check Form Builder App from UVdesk
