Custom Options In Layered Navigation

I have many products in my store that we use custom options for.  On top of that we use Mageworx's Advanced Custom Options Extension.

I know that you can include attributes in layered navigation, on category/product listing page.  But is there an extension that also allows for adding custom options to this layered navigation.

New to the forum but hoping I put this in the proper place, thanks a bunch!
