I am looking for an extension that can produce a layout like this.  A bunch of grouped products on one page...probably a category of products.  The grid is what I am interested in.  I have seen this on many cabinet ordering sites

I don't think there is a 3rd-party extension to display products like that.
You should create a custom extension to add that page and display the products in that way.
